Cancellation :
August 31 to September 6, 2010, if a cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less $100 administration fee or the deposit if less.
August 31 to September 6, 2010, if a cancellation is received less then 30 days before scheduled arrival you receive a full refund less the cost of one night or the deposit if less.
In summer (exception August 31 to September 6, 2010), if a cancellation is received 48 hours or more prior to scheduled arrival, you receive a full refund less a 30$ administration fee.

Security deposit and responsibilities:
Since all accommodations are privately owned, an inventory is conducted prior to and after each occupancy. All occupants are responsible for all telephone charges, furnishings and the condition of each unit during their stay.
Upon arrival, a credit card imprint will be required and/or a security deposit of either 50$ per person.
Pets are not included in your reservation, and are not welcome.
(Exception for dogs, the cost is $25/dog/night, maximum $125)
Chalets Montmorency is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
