No show :
If you are unable to arrive on the day specified on your confirmation, please advise the reception. Otherwise, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and the total deposit will be retained and non-refundable.
Cancellation policy:
- For a cancellation notice received 45 days or more prior to arrival date: the total amount of the deposit is refunded.
- For a cancellation notice received between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date: deposit refunded, less 50.00$ cancellation fee.
- For a cancellation notice received less than 30 days prior to arrival date: the total amount of the deposit is retained and will be applicable on a future reservation, made within a one-year period (less 50.00$ cancellation fee).
