Individual
We will need a credit card number to confirm all indiviual reservations. The total payment wil be take on the credit card at your departure. Please take note that the participants are responsible for their own reservation. We ask that they communicate with the hotels reservations services at: 888-554-6005.

Group
To guarantee your reservation, the following deposits will be required.

1st Deposit : 25 % of the estimated amount of the final bill will be required upon signature of the contract.
2nd Deposit : Another 25% of the estimated amount of the final bill (50% of the estimated amount of the final bill) will be required one (1) month before your arrival.

Please take note that these deposits will be applied towards cancellation and/or attrition fees if occurred.

Modification :
Room block attribution clause
In order to better evaluate and manage your room block, the following reductions are allowed without penalty :

More than 120 days before the arrival of your group : 15 % of the total number of room nights reserved

From 119 to 60 days before the arrival date of your group : 10 % of the total number of room nights reserved

From 59 to 30 days before the arrival of your group : 5 % of the total number of room nights reserved

30 days or less before the group’s arrival date : All reductions that surpass the above-mentioned percentages will be charged to the group.

All rooms included in the room block, but unused after the twenty-ninth (29) day before arrival, will be the sole responsibility of nom du groupe. The Hotel Val-des-Neiges will try to resell these rooms on its different reservation venues. The amount that will be billed to the client will be equal to the anticipated revenues of the group minus all revenue made after the free sale of these rooms.

Please take note that ROOM BLOCK ATTRITION CLAUSE is in place to prevent the loss of room revenue, not to generate extra revenue for the Hotel Val-des-Neiges.

Cancellation :

Individual
For all individual reservations, the client can cancel their room reservation 48 hours before the day of arrival, without penalty. All reservations not guaranteed with a credit card will be cancelled after 48 hours fn the date of arrival.

Cancellation of a definite booking is subject to a cancellation fee payable (100% 1st night room revenue) to the Hotel Val-des-Neiges upon receipt of the cancellation invoice and according to the following scale.

Group
More than 60 days prior to arrival date :
15% of anticipated total room revenue and
15% of anticipated catering and F&B revenue

Between 59 and 30 days before arrival date :
25 % of anticipated total room revenue and
25 % of anticipated catering and F&B revenue
Between 29 and 15 days before arrival date :
50 % of anticipated total room revenue and
75 % of anticipated catering and F&B revenue

14 days or less before arrival date :
100% of anticipated total room revenue and of anticipated catering and F&B revenue

The hotel will undertake all reasonable efforts to resell the cancelled rooms and will credit those revenues against the liquidated damages in an amount not to exceed the full extent of such damages. Liquidated damages, if any, shall be paid thirty (30) days after proposed convention dates.
